Enter Data from Database
If you have your data in a data file, you can import them to your document. The data file should be a Microsoft Access Database (.mdb file) or Excel file(.xls ) or any character delimited file. You have to enter the delimiting character, and then you can import data. Click on the "Add/Update Data Source" link on the left side.
For data from Microsoft Access Database (.mdb file) or Excel file(.xls) select a table or sheet or you can enter a SQL statement like "Select Name, Address from tblCustomers" etc.
