Go to menu File->New, the New Design Templates window(as shown) opens up. This allows you to create a new design from a template quickly and easily. You simply choose category, template, background (if desired) and page size from the list. Then click OK to get the structure of your publish work. Now you just need to change the text and your design is ready to be printed. You can also create your own templates to use for your design. (See Creating Templates)
